Inside Sales Associate/MidLevel

As an Inside Sales professional youll play a key role in developing of companys home storage product lines in Germany.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound/inbound communications with prospective/existing customers to promote company products.
- Collaborate with installers engage in lead nurturing efforts to generate and qualify leads and optimize the steps within the customer conversion funnel.
- Foster interdepartmental communication by establishing working relationships with marketing sales and service teams addressing and resolving issues related to leads.
- Develop relationships with other departments and facilitate issue resolution through effective communication.
- Maintain and optimize the CRM system.
Requirements
- Possess 13 years of relevant experience in inside sales promotions or telemarketing.
- Familiarity with the home storage or relevant industry related products/services and understanding of sales and marketing principles and strategies.
- Electrical Technical Degree; Renewable Energy Degree is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills written and verbal in both German and English.
- Proven track record of sales results from telemarketing experience.
- Organized detailoriented with the ability to influence sales through telemarketing efforts.
- Demonstrates high energy selfmotivation and persistence.
- Experience working for an international organization is a plus.
