Inside Sales Associate/MidLevel

Industry: Renewable energy semiconductor manufacturing
Work Mode: Home Office anywhere in Germany
Salary range:p.a. plus commission

You will become part of a leading global technology company specializing in ecofriendly energy solutions. The company has achieved remarkable success surpassing $90M in sales revenue in 2023. With a strong focus on innovation advanced technologies are seamlessly integrated into product development ensuring enhanced performance efficiency and safety.

As an Inside Sales professional youll play a key role in developing of companys home storage product lines in Germany.


Responsibilities:
  • Conduct outbound/inbound communications with prospective/existing customers to promote company products.
  • Collaborate with installers engage in lead nurturing efforts to generate and qualify leads and optimize the steps within the customer conversion funnel.
  • Foster interdepartmental communication by establishing working relationships with marketing sales and service teams addressing and resolving issues related to leads.
  • Develop relationships with other departments and facilitate issue resolution through effective communication.
  • Maintain and optimize the CRM system.


Requirements

  • Possess 13 years of relevant experience in inside sales promotions or telemarketing.
  • Familiarity with the home storage or relevant industry related products/services and understanding of sales and marketing principles and strategies.
  • Electrical Technical Degree; Renewable Energy Degree is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills written and verbal in both German and English.
  • Proven track record of sales results from telemarketing experience.
  • Organized detailoriented with the ability to influence sales through telemarketing efforts.
  • Demonstrates high energy selfmotivation and persistence.
  • Experience working for an international organization is a plus.
