For our customer experience team tasked with servicing our retail customers we are searching for an Associate Implementation Consultant to strengthen the team. In this role you will work with enterpriseclass organizations and onboard them on our Productsup SaaS platform and provide a high level of aftersales customer service.

Your role and goals

This requires out of the box thinking and creativity especially when new features needed are being developed over the course of the project. Depending on the customer the project can be finalized and handed over to the customer for selfservice or developed into a managed service. This role requires a proactive and serviceoriented mindset. You enjoy working in a fastmoving business environment with international customers and colleagues and have affinity with working with data transformation.

In your first 3 months you will:

• Get to know your team company and product;
• Follow the elearnings and instructor trainings to learn the Productsup platform;
• Learn the details of the processes tasks and activities involved in the onboarding of our customers.

In your first 6 months and beyond you will:

• Master the foundations of working in the customer CX team and started your first project;
• Implement and onboard enterprise retail customers into the Productsup SaaS platform;
• Continue to develop a deeper understanding of the retail business and technical skills involved.

What you bring to the team

• Fluent in English
• Ability to work in a structured way in a technical and online environment
• 12 years of relevant working experience in ecommerce in a customerfacing role
• Affinity and some experience with data management data transformation or similar fields of business
• Techsavvy and handson personality who likes to think outside the box.
