JD Inside Sales Executive ISE

Position: Inside Sales ExecutiveISE
Department: Operations Team
Reporting Hierarchy: This role would report to the Sales Team Lead.

Roles & Responsibilities
  1. Actively sourcing new Sales Opportunities through coldcalling Inbound and Outbound leads.
  2. Developing indepth knowledge of products and benefits.
  3. Creating a sales pipeline to reflect the status of the sales Prospect
  4. Effective Followup of Inbound and Outbound leads understanding the requirement and ensuring the deliverables and outcomes.
  5. Effective closing of sales and maintaining a longlasting aftersales relationship with the prospect.
  6. Logging conversations had with prospects on CRM.
  7. Continuous improvement on conversion rates by upselling crossselling and understanding productprospect fit.
  8. Nurturing the leads by educating them about the products benefits and advising prospects on suitable product selection based on their requirement.

Mandatory Skills Required:
  1. Excellent communication skills
  2. Interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients
  3. Good listening and problemsolving skills
  4. Time management skills
  5. Critical thinking skills
  6. Ability to identify potential leads
  7. Send campaigns and schedule appointments with interested parties

  10. Strong knowledge of social media platforms
  11. Knowledge of sales management marketing strategic management and business planning
  12. Knowledge of research and strategy
