- Install, upgrade, configure, monitor, and support server's hardware and operating system.
- Work on virtual infrastructure, set up ESXI hosts and virtual machines.
- Install, upgrade, configure, monitor, and support network devices and systems.
- Install, upgrade, configure, monitor, and support SAN Storage & Backup Solutions.
- Install and configure telephony systems Hardware & Software, including end-point devices.
- Follow up systems health checks, perform servers and network proactive maintenance.
- Follow up related hardware & Software & Licenses Support & Maintenance Contracts.
- Implementation and configuration of VHF solutions and related mobile units.
- Monitor security alerts, suspicious emails, and network & system security logs.
- Follow up on the daily work procedures for IT infrastructure operations.
