• Provide reports, specifications, and creative briefs to agencies.
• Helping to implement internal and external communications strategies and projects
• Developing and maintaining good relationships with external agencies and colleagues.
• Managing the production process of advertising and all communication material.
• Liaise with procurement for selecting supplier and define material to use.
• Assist in the daily needs for the communications department.
• Management and execution of communications programs and events.
• Regularly oversee passenger information in the station and handle replacement, maintenance, updates with production house.
• Other duties and responsibilities might be assigned
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or mass communications.
• English language B1 level
  

Knowledge

• Good communication skills, both written and oral.
• Well informed on all activities which impacts the passenger.
