Inbound Sales Representative with German

David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit Germanspeaking Inbound Sales Representative for their office in Barcelona. The successful candidate would be supporting a popular brand of hardware and peripheries.

Position: Inbound Sales Representative with German

Location: Barcelona Spain

Employment type: Fulltime 39 hours/week

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Take inbound calls from business customers focused on purchase/sales
• Perform calls to existing customers to develop and acquire new business in addition to call back after support inquiry
• Log all customer contacts in the CRM system
• Track manage and report ongoing activity related to sales pipeline
• Collect relevant information (customer needs deal qualification) through asking the right questions

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proficient or bilingual level of German with an advanced English level
• Have one year of related sales experience
• Have excellent negotiation management and strong communication skills (verbal & written) including excellent telephone and presentation skills
• Work toward goal achievement using negotiation teamwork/collaboration motivation and time/work prioritization
• Ability to demonstrate innovation and good judgment/problemsolving skills when making decisions
• Can establish an individual course of action to accomplish goals
