Job Description

Coordinate and facilitate the understanding of the Warm Springs IMCE within the hospital departments medical practices and nursing and rehab centers that will work with the WS IMCE Program. Responsible for the processes and function of the daily administrative workflow efficiencies. Provide leadership and integration of quality assurance and performance improvement activities.



Requirements

Responsible to assure the IMCE program remains in compliance with all claim s payment standards and timelines for payments as agreed between the Tribe and the Oregon Health Authority per 42 CFR 438.14. Create and update IMCE provider guide. Maintain confidentiality is a must. Bachelors degree w/ 5 years knowledge and experience in PPO and Medicaid program policies procedure and processes. An accumulation of education training and experience may be accepted. Will be required to submit and pass a criminal background check with Federal Tribal and State Law Enforcement.
