Job Role: IBM DataStage Developer
Requirements:
1. Design develop and implement ETL processes using IBM DataStage to extract transform and load data from various sources into our data warehouse.
2. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
3. Optimize ETL workflows for performance and scalability to meet business needs and SLAs (Service Level Agreements).
4. 4 years of handson experience in ETL development using IBM DataStage.
5. Strong proficiency in SQL and relational database concepts.
6. Handson experience in DB2.
7. Experience working with data warehousing technologies and dimensional modelling.
8. Solid understanding of data integration best practices and ETL design patterns.
9. Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
10. Knowledge of cloudbased data platforms such as Snowflake AWS Redshift or Azure SQL Data Warehouse.
11. Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python or Shell scripting.
Preferred: Certification in IBM DataStage.
