Job Description

Job Title: Lead Identity and Access Management Operations Support
Location: Remote

Duration: 18 months

Work Hours: Ability to support PST

Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) Lead to provide daytoday role provisioning support particularly focusing on Privileged Account Management. This role will primarily involve provisioning employees and managing complex role administration tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Daytoday provisioning of roles to support current employees who are engaged in project work.
  • Focus on Privileged Account Management involving more complex role administration.
  • Efficiently manage and provision roles for UCSF employees.
  • Work within a team environment to ensure seamless operation and support.
  • Quickly adapt to and learn new processes and systems.


Requirements


  • 1015 years of operational experience in IAM preferably using Hitachi / Bravura software.
  • Experience in the healthcare or academia industry is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to come up to speed with new environments quickly and challenges.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly and effectively.
  • Advanced analytical skills with a knack for problemsolving and process improvement.
  • Familiarity with Cyberhawk Delivia (Centrify) Thycotic and Beyond Trust software.
  • Expertise in Privileged Account Management.

Qualifications: 10-15 years of operational experience in IAM, preferably using Hitachi / Bravura software. Experience in the healthcare or academia industry is highly desirable. Advanced analytical skills, with a knack for problem-solving and process improvement. Bonus Knowledge, Skills, Experience: Familiarity with Cyberhawk, Delivia (Centrify), Thycotic, and Beyond Trust software. Expertise in Privileged Account Management.
