Job Description
- Prepare conceptual, preliminary, and detailed HVAC design drawings complete with technical reports and engineering calculations using all relevant software.
- Prepare tender documents and technical specifications as per international standards.
- Perform cooling load calculations using Carrier HAP program.
- Perform all duct and pipe sizing.
- Familiar with ASHRAE and SMACNA standards.
- Prepare data sheets, systems comparison reports, and bill of quantities.
- Can do proper selection of HVAC equipment.
- Excellent in Revit.
- Excellent personal and communication skills.
- Previous experience of working in Gulf area projects is preferred.
- Computer Skills: AutoCAD, Autodesk Revit, HAP, Microsoft Office
