About the Job
We are looking for an HR Specialist to join our team and monitor all Human Resources functions.
- HR Specialist responsibilities include preparing compensation and benefits packages,and maintaining updated employee records.
- Make sure that employees follow the companies codes (appearance, attitude, hygiene etc.)
- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
- Processing transfers, promotions, and terminations
- Handling employees transportation and accommodation
- Good understanding of full-cycle recruiting and solid knowledge of labor legislation.
- Follow up with the Governmental Authorities (Ministry of Labor, Social Insurance authority, etc.)
- Follow up with the Medical Insurance company (s)
- Coordinating with different department regarding their hiring requirements
- Coordinating with recruitment agencies to fulfill hiring requirements
- Applicants screening
