Job Description
- Overseeing the delivery of HR services to multiple business units.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal regulations and company standards.
- Oversee recruitment and selection processes, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and hiring.
- Manage employee relations issues and provide guidance and support to managers on employee performance and disciplinary actions.
- Administer employee benefits programs and ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance.
- Facilitate employee training and development programs to enhance skills and competencies.
- Manage payroll and other HR administrative functions to ensure timely and accurate processing.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of HR policies and practices with organizational objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a shared services center environment.
- Knowledge in dealing with MyExpat and MDEC would be an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, policies, and procedures.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver quality results in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with HRIS systems and advanced proficiency in MS Office suite.
