The HR Manager will be pivotal in optimizing HR processes and systems to support our growing organization. This role
demands a blend of strategic planning and handson execution ensuring operational excellence across all HR
functions including compliance employee relations performance management and HRIS management. The ideal
candidate will have a proven track record in HR operations demonstrating efficiency effectiveness and a deep
understanding of HR best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of HR policies and procedures to ensure operational
efficiency and compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
Manage the HR operational budget ensuring optimal allocation of resources and costeffectiveness.
Oversee the administration of employee benefits payroll and leave policies ensuring accuracy and compliance
with relevant laws and regulations.
Develop and implement effective onboarding and offboarding processes that align with company culture and
operational goals.
Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations issues providing guidance and support to both staff
and management.
Conduct regular audits of HR processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance
with current laws and regulations.
Collaborate with department managers to facilitate performance management processes including goal setting
feedback and development planning.
Manage and optimize the use of HRIS (Human Resource Information System) to improve HR reporting and
analytics capabilities.
Lead HR projects aimed at enhancing employee engagement retention and workplace culture.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field. A Master s degree or
professional HR certification is preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR with a significant focus on HR operations within a fastpaced and
dynamic environment.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and navigate complex HR issues.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the
organization.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
