Human Resources Manager

• Develop and implement HR strategies, systems, policies, procedures and initiatives that are aligned with the overall business strategy
  
• Support current and future business needs through the development and engagement of the ;
  
• Oversee and lead performance appraisal system
  
• Manages compensation and benefits plan by bench marking
  
• Ensure legal compliance
  
• Recruit, interview and recommend qualified candidates
  
• Progressive onboarding
  
• Participate in developing plant and department goals and objectives
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in HRManagement
  
• 5+ years of experience in progressively responsible resources role
  
• SPHR/SHRM certification preferred
