Job Description
Human Resource Manager
Location: White, GA
Direct Hire
- Develop and implement HR strategies, systems, policies, procedures and initiatives that are aligned with the overall business strategy
- Support current and future business needs through the development and engagement of the ;
- Oversee and lead performance appraisal system
- Manages compensation and benefits plan by bench marking
- Ensure legal compliance
- Recruit, interview and recommend qualified candidates
- Progressive onboarding
- Participate in developing plant and department goals and objectives
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in HRManagement
- 5+ years of experience in progressively responsible resources role
- SPHR/SHRM certification preferred
