HUMAN RESOURCES COMPENSATION ANALYST (Permanent)

Our client an established organization in WNY is looking to hire an Human Resources Compensation Analyst to join their growing team.


Responsibilities:

  • Perform regular analysis of compensation programs including all base pay incentives bonuses and benefits in order to ensure they remain competitive in the current market for opportunities within the organization s industry
  • Conduct research for specific jobs to determine whether pay ranges fall within appropriate standards making adjustments where needed
  • Utilize information from HR databases including but not limited to employee/management surveys exit interviews payroll reports etc. as well as outside metrics government statistics competitors practices to compile data
  • Create comprehensive reports detailing analysis information which in turn supports decisions to adjust current pay scales
  • Develop internal structures for jobs in order to create accurate and realistic job descriptions for hiring managers
  • Utilize knowledge and expertise to advise upper management on appropriate pay decisions ensuring adherence to budgets and policy guidelines
  • Perform cost and data analysis for pay negotiations with employees
  • Remain uptodate with market trends collecting data from various compensation surveys
  • Work well independently as well as part of a team
  • Other duties as assigned


Details:

  • Position is full time direct hire
  • 100% inoffice
  • $56000 $66000 annually depending on experience

  • 2 years Compensation Analysis/HR experience
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources or similar
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or Compensation Management Professional (CMP) preferred
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Strong computer skills
  • Relocation not available
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States; Visa sponsorship is not available
