community in a way that inspires the entire startup ecosystem
How: As our Human Resources Specialist you will be the cornerstone of our
community. You will be responsible for fostering a culture that aligns with our core
values and vision. You will be the one who ensures that our team members are not
just employees but are part of a family that grows together. You will be responsible
for not just nurturing the community but also growing it.
Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition: You will find the people who believe what we believe and
bring them on board. You will manage the entire recruitment process from
identifying needs to onboarding new team members.
2. Culture Building: You will help to create and maintain a positive inclusive and
inspiring work environment that encourages creativity collaboration and growth.
3. Employee Relations: You will be the goto person for our team members for
any HRrelated concerns. You will ensure that everyone feels heard and valued.
4. Learning and Development: You will identify the skills and talents of our team
members and provide opportunities for them to grow and develop. You will help
our team members to become the best versions of themselves.
5. Performance Management: You will implement and manage a fair and
transparent performance evaluation system that motivates our team members
and aligns with our companys goals.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelors degree in Human Resources or a related field.
2. Proven experience in an HR role preferably in a startup environment.
3. Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
