Human Resource Manager

Key Summary:As the HR Manager at Anytime Fitness Hong Kong you will lead all aspects of human resources fostering a positive work culture and supporting the organizations growth.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement HR strategies and policies to support organizational goals and employee engagement.
2. Manage recruitment onboarding and performance management processes ensuring alignment with company values.
3. Provide HR guidance and support to managers and employees including handling employee relations and talent development initiatives.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in HR management preferably in the fitness or hospitality industry.
2. Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations in Hong Kong.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on building positive relationships and fostering teamwork.
