The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for attracting sourcing and hiring top talent to support our companys strategic objectives. This individual will work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs develop recruitment strategies and execute hiring plans. The ideal candidate will have a passion for talent acquisition exceptional communication skills and a strong ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies for open positions.
  • Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels including job boards social media networking events and employee referrals.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications skills and fit for the role and company culture.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and crossfunctional teams.
  • Manage the candidate s experience throughout the recruitment process providing timely communication and feedback to candidates.
  • Extend job offers and negotiate terms with selected candidates.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external recruiting agencies and vendors as needed.
  • Track and report on recruitment metrics including timetofill costperhire and candidate satisfaction.

Required Knowledge:

  • Bachelor s degree in human resources Business Administration or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter in a fastpaced environment.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices sourcing techniques and candidate assessment methods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage and influence candidates and stakeholders.
  • Detailoriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment while also working independently to manage multiple priorities.
