Human Resource Consultant Manager

Tasks

• Lead the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new hires for staffing recruitment
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with clients business goals
• Manage employee relations including conflict resolution and performance management
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Administer employee benefits payroll and compensation programs
• Establish and uphold HR procedures and policies
• Organize and conduct training and development programs for our team
• Support our efforts in creating a diverse inclusive and equitable workplace

Requirements

• Have 35 years of experience in Human Resource in technology or startup company
• Proven experience as an HR manager or in a similar role
• Experienced in remote work and wellversed in the technological landscape and the dynamic digital sector.
• Proficiency in HR functions (payroll benefits recruitment training etc.)
• Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
• Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder management
• Excellent organization and time management abilities
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field; HR certification is a plus
• Familiarity with HRIS and MS Office
