RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage and maintain the HRIS system ensuring accurate and uptodate employee information
Assist in the development and implementation of strategic HR initiatives and programs
Conduct employee orientation sessions to ensure new hires are familiar with company policies and procedures
Utilize Workday software to process employee changes such as promotions transfers and terminations
Oversee and manage the employee evaluation process ensuring timely completion and accurate documentation
Assist in budgeting for HR programs and initiatives
Support performance management activities including goal setting performance reviews and development plans
Collect and analyze HR data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement
Conduct interviews for various positions within the organization
Skills
Strong knowledge of HRIS systems preferably Workday
Ability to think strategically and contribute to the development of HR initiatives
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Experience in budgeting for HR programs preferred
Knowledge of performance management processes and techniques
Proficient in data collection analysis and reporting
Experience conducting interviews and assessing candidates qualifications
