CharCentricis an ambitious technology firm that offers technology consulting and engineering services toemerging and established businesses worldwide.

As part of our strategy to grow and serve more clients we are looking for an intern who will help us scale our hiring model.

Tasks

  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist in sourcing screening and interviewing potential candidates for technology positions ensuring a pipeline of highquality candidates.
  • Assist in coordinating recruitment activities such as job postings and candidate tracking.
  • Support the onboarding process by preparing new hire paperwork and conducting orientations.
  • Contribute to HR projects and initiatives such as employee engagement initiatives or talent development programs.
  • Manage HRrelated inquiries ensuring a supportive and responsive internal environment for our staff.
  • Contribute to our business development aspects related to recruitment services contributing to the growth of this potential new business line.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
  • Knowledge of IT recruitment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities.
  • Knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
