HR Talent Acquisition Intern

Job Summary:

The HR Talent Acquisition Intern will provide valuable support to manage anticipated volume of candidates for hiring.

1. Assist in the preemployment of anticipated new hires. The following are the required activities:

• Background Check Facilitation
• Endorsement of PreEmployment Medical Exam
• Issuance of Bank Endorsement Slip
• Document Completion and 201 File Management
• Request for payment document preparation and filing.
• Maintain inventory of recruitment materials and brand collaterals.

3. Sourcing and Recruitment Activities:

• Talent Mapping and sourcing for critical and urgent roles.

We are looking for:

• Currently enrolled in a college/university with a relevant course like: Psychology Human Resources Communications and other related field.
• Selfmotivated detailoriented individuals with excellent written verbal and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications including Word Excel and PowerPoint.
• Willing to work onsite.
• Available to start immediately.
