About the work from home job/internship
Selected interns daytoday responsibilities include:
1. Develop and maintain an internal database with client and candidate information
2. Support experienced recruiters in their processes
3. Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis
4. Source candidates and deliver shortlists

Other requirements
1. Require a minimum of 6 months of professional experience and/or recruiting for a professional services firm
2. Successful candidates must demonstrate excellent recruiting communication project management and organizational skills
3. Proficiency in computer skills to mine data from internal and external databases is essential; a Bachelor s degree preferred
4. Extensive experience and understanding of social media as a recruitment tool is highly desirable
