Overview:

The HR Recruiter Intern plays a crucial role in assisting the HR department with various recruitment activities. As a vital part of the organization the individual will be responsible for sourcing screening and scheduling candidates for interviews thus contributing to the overall talent acquisition process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in creating and implementing effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent
  • Screen resumes and application forms to identify potential candidates
  • Schedule and conduct interviews while ensuring a positive candidate experience
  • Assist in coordinating recruitment events such as job fairs and open houses
  • Conduct reference and background checks on potential employees
  • Prepare and distribute HRrelated documents including offer letters and employment contracts
  • Collaborate with HR team to identify future hiring needs and organizational goals
  • Utilize HRIS and applicant tracking system for candidate data management
  • Support the onboarding process for new employees
  • Assist in creating and updating job descriptions and specifications
  • Participate in employer branding and employee engagement initiatives
  • Contribute to adhoc HR projects as assigned

Required Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources Business Administration or relevant field
  • Strong understanding of HR principles and recruitment processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Adaptability to a fastpaced and dynamic work environment
  • Detailoriented and strong analytical skills
  • Basic knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Demonstrated passion for pursuing a career in HR and talent acquisition
  • Previous internship or work experience in HR or recruitment is a plus
  • Understanding of social media and other recruitment channels
  • Willingness to learn and take initiative in a professional setting
  • Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
