Job Description

The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all human resources functions within the pharmaceutical company. This role involves developing and implementing HR strategies policies and programs to attract retain and develop talent as well as ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. The HR Manager will collaborate with senior management department heads and employees to support organizational goals and foster a positive work culture conducive to employee engagement performance and wellbeing.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies policies and programs aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process including job postings candidate screening interviewing and onboarding of new employees.
  • Oversee employee relations including performance management disciplinary actions and conflict resolution.
  • Develop and administer compensation and benefits programs including salary structures incentives and employee wellness initiatives.
  • Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills competencies and career growth opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws regulations and industry standards related to employment practices health and safety and equal opportunity employment.
  • Manage employee engagement initiatives including employee surveys recognition programs and social events.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to management and employees on HRrelated matters providing guidance support and resources as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate HR records including employee files payroll data and performance evaluations.
  • Lead HR projects and initiatives to drive continuous improvement innovation and efficiency in HR processes and practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management Business Administration or related field; advanced degree or HR certification preferred.
  • Proven experience in HR management roles within the pharmaceutical industry or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles practices and regulations including employment law compensation and benefits and performance management.
  • Excellent communication interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees managers and external stakeholders.
  • Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop practical solutions.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in HR administration and recordkeeping.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects in a fastpaced environment.
  • Ethical conduct and discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information.
  • Commitment to fostering a diverse inclusive and supportive work environment.
