We are looking for an HR Manager to join SolarEdge s new operation site at Austin.

This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of building and leading the companys vision by promoting our values and culture shaping our new site and making sure our values are at the heart of everything we do.

Your role will be crucial in turning ideas into reality!

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all HRrelated aspects.
  • Lead the recruitment hiring and on boarding processes to meet business requirements and support SolarEdge brand awareness.
  • Manage employee relations in accordance with local regulations and company policies ensuring legal compliance throughout human resource management.
  • Build and maintain local benefits program.
  • Oversee the payroll process: monitor attendance records and collaborate with finance department to ensure payroll is handled appropriately and timely.
  • Builds a strong business relationship with the site managers and develop HR initiatives to support business strategy.
  • Lead HR strategies programs processes systems tactics and procedures across all site s departments.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development engagement and enablement of our people and by nurturing a positive working environme nt

Requirements :

  • 23 years of experience in Human Resources Management must.
  • Experience as HR of a manufacturing site advantage.
  • Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition performance management employee engagement learning and development and HR operations.
  • Experience working in multinational environment.
  • Independent selfmonitored with good multitasking and prioritization skills.
  • Proven experience as part of a leadership team.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills building strong relationships and influencing at all levels of the organization.
  • Passionate about people.
  • Fluent English.
