Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Selection: Lead the recruitment process by sourcing screening and interviewing candidates. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure the selection of qualified individuals.

Employee Relations: Oversee employee relations activities including conflict resolution disciplinary actions and employee grievances. Foster a positive work environment and address any concerns or issues promptly.

Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management systems to assess employee performance provide feedback and support professional development initiatives.

Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities. Evaluate training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.

Policy Development: Develop implement and update HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal requirements and organizational objectives. Ensure policies are communicated effectively to all employees.

Compensation and Benefits: Administer compensation and benefits programs including salary surveys job evaluations and benefits enrollment. Ensure competitive compensation packages and benefits offerings to attract and retain top talent.

HR Administration: Manage HRIS systems and maintain accurate employee records. Prepare reports and analyze HR metrics to support datadriven decisionmaking.

Culture Enhancement: Lead initiatives to strengthen company culture and values. Promote diversity equity and inclusion within the organization. Organize cultural events and activities to foster team cohesion.




Requirements

Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management Business Administration or related field. Masters degree or HR certification preferred.

Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role with a minimum of 5 years in HR management.

Indepth knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.

Experience with HRIS systems and proficiency in MS Office suite.

Exceptional problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
