Job Description: HR Manager PartTime

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the recruitment and selection process for the organization DEEKSHA
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Handle employee relations including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
• Administer employee benefits and ensure timely payroll processing
• Coordinate and conduct training programs for employees
• Support the development and implementation of performance management processes
• Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy of HR information systems

Essential Qualifications:

• Associate Degree in a relevant field
• Excellent knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Ability to work independently and under pressure

Desired Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR management
• Experience in recruitment and selection processes
• Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
• Experience in handling employee relations
• Knowledge of performance management processes
