As an HR Generalist you will play a key role in supporting Blaze Information Securitys employee lifecycle with a huge focus on the employee experience from talent acquisition and onboarding to learning and development career planning and manage cultural initiatives. You will be a trusted partner to our employees across all locations ensuring they have a positive and fulfilling work experience.
HR Metrics and Analysis
Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic solutions.
HR Documentation
Create maintain and update employee handbooks HR documentation and employee records ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Talent Acquisition:
Leverage Blaze EVP to design and implement a strategy to create awareness with candidates that match Blaze profile.
Manage the recruitment process including sourcing candidates conducting interviews and making recommendations.
Stay informed about current market trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
People Operations:
Onboarding: assure a unique and smooth onboarding process that integrates new hires into the company.
Compensation and administration: Guarantee that all the company processes are smooth and efficient related to managing payroll benefits packages and administering various employee related admin process.
Compliance: Staying uptodate on relevant labour laws and regulations and ensuring the company remains compliant with all legal requirements related to employee relations.
Offboarding: Ensuring that all admin and compliance processes run in a smooth and positive separation process for departing employees.
Technology and Data: Leveraging HR technology tools to automate tasks streamline processes and gain insights from data to make informed people management decisions.
Career Development:
Partner with managers with career development planning and goal setting specific to cybersecurity and related fields to create individual development plans for employees.
Follow up the plan implementation and measure the impact/success of the training plans.
Cultural and Engagement Initiatives:
Develop and implement programs to promote a positive and engaging work environment fostering collaboration and innovation across different locations.
Organize and participate in company events and activities that build team spirit and cultural connection.
Foster a culture of diversity and inclusion ensuring all employees feel valued and respected.
