Salary Budget: 3 5 LPA

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Talent acquisition Optimal endtoend hiring for all critical positions.
  • Working on employer branding and visibility on hiring platforms like LinkedIn.
  • Ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for employees.
  • Maintaining employee database and curating monthly reports (MIS) with the senior management.
  • Organising monthly and quarterly performance reviews on time.
  • Enhancing employee satisfaction by active listening and prompt resolution of issues.
  • Ensuring compliance for all HRrelated processes.
  • Developing and implementing HR policies.
  • Collaborating with crossfunctional teams for team building.
  • Maintaining employee cost estimates monthly for sharing provisions with the finance team.
  • Maintaining and sharing monthly payroll input.
  • Managing owning and driving Employee Life Cycle endtoend right from entry procedures to exit procedures and FNF.
