Role HR Executive

Location Malad West

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the endtoend recruitment process including job postings resume screening scheduling interviews conducting interviews and extending job offers.
  2. Coordinate and conduct employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  3. Handle employee relations matters by addressing employee concerns grievances and conflicts in a timely and professional manner.
  4. Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  5. Manage employee performance appraisal processes including goal setting performance feedback and performance improvement plans.
  6. Coordinate and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  7. Maintain HR records and databases ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  8. Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration.
  9. Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to ensure the organization remains competitive in attracting and retaining talent.
  10. Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned by the HR Manager or HR Director.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management Business Administration or a related field.
  2. Proven experience as an HR Assistant HR Coordinator or similar role.
  3. Sound knowledge of HR principles practices and procedures.
  4. Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
  5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written.
  6. Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  7. Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word Excel PowerPoint).
  8. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
  9. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently.
  10. HR certification (e.g. SHRMCP PHR) is a plus.
