We are seeking a skilled HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing various HR functions and supporting the organizations human resources requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage the endtoend recruitment process including sourcing screening interviewing and onboarding of new employees.
Performance Management: Coordinate performance review processes and assist in implementing performance improvement plans.
HR Policies and Compliance: Develop update and enforce HR policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance and alignment with company goals.
HR Administration: Maintain employee records manage HR databases and generate reports as required.
Manage HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems)
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
Proven work experience as an HR Executive or similar role.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
