Job Description

Position Overview: The HR Executive plays a pivotal role in the Human Resources department contributing to various aspects of HR operations employee relations recruitment and administrative tasks. This role requires a blend of interpersonal skills organizational abilities and a strong understanding of HR principles to support the smooth functioning of the HR department and the organization as a whole.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Onboarding:
  • Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates screening resumes and conducting initial interviews.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates regarding their application status.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires including preparing paperwork conducting orientation sessions and ensuring a seamless transition into the organization.
  • Employee Relations:
  • Address employee queries and concerns regarding HR policies benefits and procedures.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on HRrelated matters including performance management conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
  • Foster a positive work environment by promoting employee engagement initiatives and maintaining open lines of communication.
  • HR Administration:
  • Maintain accurate employee records including personal information attendance and performance evaluations.
  • Assist in the administration of HR policies and procedures ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and internal guidelines.
  • Prepare HRrelated documentation such as employment contracts letters of offer and disciplinary notices.
  • Training and Development:
  • Coordinate training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with department managers to identify training needs and develop training plans accordingly.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  • HR Projects and Initiatives:
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing HR processes improving employee satisfaction and achieving organizational goals.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies procedures and systems.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR to continuously improve HR processes and practices.



Requirements

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an HR role preferably as an HR Assistant or in a similar capacity.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles practices and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and MS Office applications.
  • Detailoriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.


Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills with a clear and pleasant phone manner. Customer-Focused: Ability to understand and address customer needs effectively. Persuasion Skills: Adept at using persuasion techniques to encourage potential customers to take desired actions. Result-Driven: Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment. Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing scripts, strategies, and customer interactions. Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to a positive work environment. Basic Computer Skills: Familiarity with basic computer applications and data entry.
