Job Description:
Design and manage comprehensive compensation and benefits packages.
Develop and implement HR policies aligned with company values and ensure employee compliance.
Lead the recruitment process including sourcing screening interviewing and offer letter creation.
Utilize LinkedIn to actively source and attract top talent.
Oversee onboarding programs and ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing employee development opportunities.
Manage employee relations including counseling and conducting exit interviews.
Organize employee events and initiatives to promote a positive company culture.
Address workplace safety concerns and handle employee complaints.
Design implement and manage bonus programs.
Analyze and track HR metrics including employee turnover and costperhire.
Recommend and implement improvements to the entire recruitment process.
Maintain accurate employee records and attendance data.
Manage terminations and ensure compliance with labor laws.
Demonstrate a working knowledge of accounts and taxation practices.
Required Skills:
Masters degree in Human Resource Management or a related field (preferred)
4 years of experience in a Senior HR or similar role
Strong knowledge of PF/ESIC regulations
Proven experience in recruitment including sourcing screening and interviewing
Expertise in salary structure design and administration
Experience in developing and delivering training and development programs
Proficient in payroll and budget management
Solid understanding of general HR administration practices
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Indepth knowledge of labor laws and regulations
Ability to build and maintain positive employee relationships
Strong leadership analytical and problemsolving skills
Commitment to employee development and best practices
