Roles & Responsibility:
1. Responsible for coordinating with Corporate HR and Divisional / Unit offices for effective execution of HR initiatives as per plan and timelines and be the custodian of these initiatives in the Division / Unit
2. Handle hiring processes and activities at the Division / Unit for closure of open / vacant / replacement / new positions as per procedures
3. Assist in coordinating for training program and L&D initiatives as per training plan and schedule
4. Coordinate for execution of PMS processes and activities ensuring adherence to timelines and procedures
