Job Description:

  • Partner with business leaders and provide HR Consultation and insights
  • Collaborate with HR teams to foster employee engagement and enhance the employee experience
  • Identify Critical talent/skill gaps and create a development plan to support organizational growth
  • Provide expertise and guidance on HR policies to ensure adherence to specific policies regulations and best practices
  • Act as a change agent drive organizational change and effectively manage change initiatives to optimize employee productivity and acceptance
  • Analyse HR data and metrics to generate insights providing datadriven recommendations to improve HR processes and support strategic decisionmaking
  • Lead and participate in employee relations activities and to promote a positive and inclusive work environment
  • Closely work with the L&OD team to support employee training and development initiatives promoting continuous learning and skill enhancement
