Job Description

- Supports all housekeeping duties for all areas of the Watson House Complex with high hygiene standards
- Responsible for setting up the table and service during dinners, events and functions in the house
- Provides service and recommends and arranges amenities for the guest in the guest's apartment as requested
- Assists with event planning and coordination such as setting up Watson House for the events, retrieving necessary China, silverware, glasses, equipment, setting up the tables, etc.
- Responsible for stock, service, preparation and inventory of all types of drinks
- Serves drinks, lunch and dinner each evening and at dinner parties and functions in Watson House
- Supports cook and assistant cook in performance of kitchen responsibilities as required by the residence operations manager
- Manages laundry and dry cleaning for President, family and guests when using outside providers
- Performs all duties and obligations with decorum, tact, and unwavering professionalism
- Provides administrative support to the manager, operations Watson House Complex as requested
- Performs other related duties as assigned
