Home Automation Engineer

We are looking for a Home Automation Low Current engineer who ensure proper performance and effectiveness of systems and demonstrate adequate planning of Automation and Low Current Systems

• Plans and analyses all possible construction methodologies and recommends the best options to the Asst. Project Manager for approval prior to execution at site.
  
• Implement & monitor of installation work plan at site on time within budget.
  
• Submit daily site inspection and monitoring reports on regular basis or as required.
  
• Ensure that all site works are done according to all applicable quality standards.
  
• Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project
  
• Maintain and manage the projects schedules for delivery and meeting deadlines.
  

Requirements

Estimate prepare and assign the resources such as manpower materials equipment tools etc. required for the installation work process prior to execution.

Maintain accurate site surveys through filling out the necessary report prior to the installation phase.

Assign targets for accomplishment at sites to all team members and ensure that targets are met on daily basis.

Ensure that all equipment used are as per designed specifications.

Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties & other problems that may arise.

Maintain professional technical knowledge transfer to all team throughout workshops & on job training.

Study the projects drawings for any further amendments related to the installation process.

Maintaining accurate technical drawings and system diagrams for all the phases of the projects.

Direct the team of senior technicians and technicians within each phase of each project on daily basis.

Cooperate with the departments to plan all the processes of the project.

Establish projects status reports for accurate follow of the delivery and testing schedules.

Maintain accurate organized and current compliance records and documentation in a manner consistent with the departments needs and as per the contract with the client.

Conducts monitoring and quality assurance of all longterm and shortterm interventions.

Direct responsibility for the safety of all installation staff members

Part of the role will involve dealing with clients telephone support quality control training & onsite supervision.

Zwave Knowledge is a must

Minimum 3 year experience as a Product Owner or similar role, preferably with a focus on Zoho solutions. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. Strong knowledge of the Zoho product suite, including Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Projects, etc. Excellent understanding of agile methodologies and experience working in agile development environments. Proficient in gathering and analyzing business requirements, writing user stories, and managing product backlogs. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Zoho certifications, such as Zoho Certified Developer or Zoho Certified Consultant, are desirable.
