Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor a team of data business analysts setting clear objectives and priorities.
Provide guidance coaching and training to support the professional growth of team members.
Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Business Requirements Analysis:
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their datarelated needs and challenges.
Translate business requirements into data analysis and reporting projects.
Production Support:
Manage ETL processes ensuring they run efficiently and according to schedule.
Should be selfsufficient to Investigate and resolve production issues including data load failures performance bottlenecks and data quality problems if needed.
Data Gathering and Transformation:
Identify and access relevant data sources including databases data warehouses and external data providers.
Develop data transformation processes to prepare data for analysis.
Data Quality Assurance:
Implement data quality checks and validation processes to ensure accurate and reliable data.
Establish and enforce data quality standards and best practices within the team.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with business units to ensure that data analysis projects support their decisionmaking needs.
Effectively communicate insights and findings to nontechnical teams.
Work with business and IT teams to prioritize and address datarelated issues.
Communicate with business users data analysts and data scientists to understand their data requirements and respond to their support needs.
Project Management:
Manage and prioritize data analysis projects ensuring they are delivered within established timelines.
Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables meet business expectations.
Documentation and Knowledge Sharing:
Maintain comprehensive documentation of analysis processes methodologies and results.
Promote knowledge sharing within the team and across the organization.
Qualifications:
Bachelors or Masters degree in a related field such as business data analytics or a related field.
Proven experience in requirement gathering story point framing data analysis business analysis or related roles.
Leadership and team management experience.
Strong problemsolving and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
Ability to translate business requirements into datadriven solutions.
Optional Qualifications:
Relevant certifications in business analysis data analysis or related fields.
Experience with data governance and data quality assurance.
Knowledge of industryspecific regulations and compliance requirements (e.g. GDPR HIPAA).
Note: Consultant will work with the global team and may have to align the work timing as per business need.
