- Experience as a HELP DESK supporter/ PC technician from an organization or computer network manager.
- Experience working with AD, managing permissions and Exchange. Knowledge of the various Microsoft products.
- Work with network printers. and a print server, knowledge of various antivirus programs, knowledge of hardware troubleshooting, self-learning ability, ability to work in a team, excellent human relations
