- Maintenance of computers, printers.
- Wired and wireless network management.
- Backup and protection systems.
- Communication department management.
- End user identification management. (E-mail, device accounts, health information system, and any other systems..)
- Orientation and training of the new employee on the use of HMIS
- Manage users' access rights and permissions on different systems.
- Documenting and monitoring information technology policies, procedures and plans, and their implementation.
- Respond to telephone, in-person or electronic inquiries or forward them to the appropriate person.
