Tasks

  • Provide technical support and assistance to clients via phone email or chat
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software issues reported by clients in a timely manner
  • Document and track client issues and resolutions in the help desk system
  • Collaborate with the software development team to escalate and resolve complex technical issues
  • Assist in testing new software features and updates before they are released to clients

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently
  • Knowledge of cloudbased technology and software systems
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively
