Role & Responsibility

This position will report to the Chief Marketing Officer and will be based at Mumbai. In this role you will:

• Design and execute an integrated communications and public relations strategy aligned with Organizations overall business and people priorities.
• Build thought leadership to enhance the reputation of the company and its senior executives across range of platforms to promote company s presence and improve engagement.
• Ensure accuracy clarity and consistency of corporate communications with Organizations strategic goals
• Communicate to diverse stakeholders and influencers leveraging the latest communication trends the right mix of communication channels and standalone tactics as appropriate
• Build relationships with the media and enable global PR partners/agencies to deliver to their full potential
• Evaluate and measure the effectiveness of the communication
• Handle Crisis Communication as and when required
• Lead executive communications reputation management and external and internal engagements

Candidate Requirement:

• A postgraduate degree preferably in communications public relations or related discipline
• A minimum of 20 years of progressive experience in public external and internal communications and employee engagement including writing for diverse audiences and creating and implementing multichannel communications strategies preferably in a global corporate or agency setting
• Exceptional communication skills including the ability to write and edit compelling content with no/minimal supervision
• Ability to form consultative working relationships with multiple stakeholders in a matrixed environment
• Creativity flexibility initiative and the ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines in rapidly evolving environments
• Strong planning skills to simultaneously manage complex projects multiple stakeholders and competing priorities to create an actionable plan and get the most impactful work done
• A team mentality and the ability to seamlessly collaborate and action feedback in driving desired results
