Head of Trading

Currently our team is in search of the Head of Trading who will lead our Traders Team toidentify create follow and update the trading strategy making sure its efficient.

Responsibilities:

• Implementation of the trading tools for reporting and control
• Working with the databased trading algorithm
• Data analysis
• Set up key metrics monitor and control them
• Processes and procedures synchronization (across all BU)
• Risk management (trading)
• Follow the latest macro and crypto trends
• Lead and mentor a team of Sr. traders providing guidance support and training as needed
• Workload distribution
• Support of L&D (assessment center) activities in terms of trading
• Participate in internal initiatives and projects

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of current market trends and industry developments in the cryptocurrency space
• Fluent English language skills (C1 level) to effectively communicate with clients and internal teams
• Strong trading and finance expertise
• Good at researching
• Experienced in working with big data analysis
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering highquality work
• Bachelors degree in business finance or a related field (Masters degree preferred)
