Partnerships at Teamtailor:
Partnerships are core to Teamtailor weve got a team of 10 members working across various markets spanning locations from Europe and the United States to Colombia and Australia and hundreds of partners worldwide.
Partners play an important part in our mission to turn HR into herosby enabling customers success or accelerating our growth

Accountabilities:

  • Lead and inspire a team of passionate partnership professionals fostering a culture of collaboration creativity and excellence.
  • Develop and execute a robust partnership strategy aligning with organizational goals and driving revenue growth.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key partners ensuring the establishment of mutually beneficial collaborations.
  • Create and implement processes to identify evaluate and onboard new partners expanding our network strategically.
  • Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams providing guidance to ensure successful integration of partnership initiatives.
  • Lead negotiations and finalize partnership agreements demonstrating a keen understanding of business objectives and mutual value creation.
  • Provide strategic insights by staying abreast of industry trends competitor activities and market dynamics.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience in building and leading successful partnership teams
    • A keen understanding of how to strategically build a partner organization.
    • Exceptional leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
    • Strong negotiation skills and a track record of delivering successful partnerships.
    • Resultsoriented mindset with the ability to drive and exceed targets
