Head of International Sales Kitchen Equipment

• Develop shortterm and longterm business strategies and market expansion plans across Asia Pacific and other countries
  
• Responsible for regional sales forecast and budget for the kitchen equipment products
  
• Maintain and develop strong relationships with key dealers/customers including multinational firms and local businesses
  
• Collaborate with crossdepartmental team to lead and drive marketing initiatives within the territory
  
• Identify needs potential product and service concepts to develop in the assigned countries
  

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Business Marketing or equivalent
  
• Demonstrated track record in new market penetration (retail) and/or growing revenue via dealership management outside of Malaysia
  
• Minimum 510 years of relevant work experience with direct or channel sales within the relevant industry.
  
• Possess managerial experience in leading a team
  
• Commercially driven with a strong determination to win every deal.
  
• Proactive dynamic with sharp business acumen and capability of new business development
