Our client, the national leader in legal staffing and eDiscovery services, is looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional to join their team.
As a Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue for new and existing clients for temporary and permanent legal staffing solutions.
Our client is looking for a sales professional who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment and has the innate ability to identify and leverage relationships to generate revenue. This position requires a consulting-oriented mindset and a passion for providing customized legal solutions that leverage the deep understanding of the industry, its best practices, and technology, all while delivering on-time, on budget, defensible best-in-class results.
Base Salary: $100,000- $125,000 + commissions
Must reside in Washington, DC in order to meet with clients
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with C-level executives in law firms, corporations, and government agencies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and technologies to provide clients with innovative solutions
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of sales experience selling services to C-level executives
- Strong business acumen and ability to understand and communicate complex legal concepts
- Prior sales experience in the legal outsourcing space is preferred
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and oral
- Strong interpersonal skills, adept at building and maintaining revenue-producing relationships
- Exceptional client service skills, with a track record in partnering with and influencing senior-level clients
- Ability to independently lead and make decisions that balance the needs of the client with internal goals and teams
- Strategic thinker with knowledge of or a desire to learn the legal industry and apply strategy to engage new and existing clients and prospects
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products (Excel and PowerPoint in particular), Zoom, and CRM
- Ability to travel to clients when needed and when environment permits
