Head of Corporate Strategy

Responsibilities
• Builds the corporates strategic plan with all company's stakeholders.
• Proposes strategic initiatives delivering value in the next 3 to 5 years.
• Constantly scouts and assesses the ecosystem, delivers analyzes and recommendations.
• Initiates new business lines with a full business model.
• Leads the execution of the company's strategic and transformation programs.
• Leads the company's operational efficiency program, ensuring that all stakeholder's are fully committed to deliver company's targets.
• Owns the TTM governance, aligning all stakeholders and ensuring an efficient delivery of new products, services and offers.
• In charge of the company corporate processes, ensuring all company are well documented, updated and enforced. Leads the digitalization of key processes and workflows.
• Measures the performance of key company processes, identifies gaps or inefficacies and works with with stakeholders to improve the performance and fill the gaps.
