JOB OPENING: HEAD OF CLINICAL

Location: Nairobi

Reporting To: Health Care Manager

Overview:

Our client seeks to hire a Head of Clinical to coordinate all hospital medical functions ensuring smooth operation of clinical departments with a focus on patient care and quality assurance. Developing and implementing departmental SOPs is also key.

Responsibilities:

Direct and coordinate medical activities

Develop and implement outreach programs

Liaise between management and medical staff

Maintain proper coordination between departments

Prepare reports and attend meetings

Ensure efficient resource utilization

Implement quality control measures

Assist in service and patient care management

Promote the efficient use of healthcare facilities

Requirements

implementing departmental SOPs is also key.

Skills & Qualifications:

1. MBCHB/B.Sc. or diploma in clinical medicine and surgery

2. ACLS/ATLS Certification

3. Valid practicing license

4. Minimum 5 years of clinical experience

5. Strong leadership abilities

6. Excellent communication skills

7. Proficiency in healthcare technology
